Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-ship items have a 3 to 5 day processing time. Made-to-order, custom-made, and personalized items have a 4 to 6 week processing time unless otherwise stated on the listing. If you need something sooner please get in touch as expedited processing may be available depending on current projects.
I put great care into preparing every order and ship all packages through USPS once they have completed processing.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Star Song Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address after placing your order.
Once your order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. At that point, Star Song Jewelry has no control over shipping times, tracking updates, delivery delays, lost or stolen packages, or other issues that may occur during transit.
Because these matters are outside of our control, refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or otherwise mishandled by USPS. If you experience a delivery issue, we encourage you to contact USPS directly using your tracking number. We are happy to provide any shipping information needed to assist with your claim.
Returns & Refunds
I gladly accept returns on ready-to-ship or made-to-order items that are returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the unique nature of our products, custom-made, personalized, resized, or otherwise customized items are final sale and cannot be returned because these pieces are created specifically for you.
If you have any questions, special requests, or design changes for custom-made pieces please contact us before your order ships. We are happy to work with you to create a piece you'll love.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
- Shipped within 7 days of return approval by Star Song Jewelry
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or otherwise not in its original condition then a refund may not be issued. Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price only to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
